Just a Thought are a super-cool techy not-for-profit organisation who make online courses to help people with mental health and addiction challenges. Their latest course is an alcohol and drug support course and I heartily recommend you give it a try if you're wanting some extra support with your not-drinking goal.
Their blurb for these new courses says:
"Just starting to think about your relationship with substances, ready to make a change or wanting to stay on track with changes you've already made? These courses will help you reflect on your substance use, understand how it affects your life, gain clarity on what matters to you, and explore your options moving forward."
Their modules are interactive with questions to answer, videos to watch, exercises to do, and just loads and loads of information, tips and advice. Depending on where you're at, you could do the one called 'Thinking About Change', 'Taking Action', or 'Staying On Track'. I've done all three and each of them were really interesting and useful. Oh, and they're free!
Find the Just a Thought online alcohol and drug support course here.
Note: You'll need a NZ-based email address to access the courses.

This mocktail is super delicious and good if you needed an ‘event’ drink for some sort of celebration or toast.
